      Excellent quality overall. A lovely looking modern design and the tap itself is well constructed. Installing it was a bit of effort and so I needed to enlist the help of my jack-of-all-trades father-in-law but he stated that the instructions provided were easy to follow. The hose is excellent and overall we are very happy with this.

      A really nice looking tap

      Love the idea of this tap BUT it’s not too sturdy-think if used a lot and pulled it about it will come apart. A few times I’ve pulled the spray nozzle down to clear bottom of sink and had a problem retracting it!!!But happy with it at the moment

      Absolutely avoid this tap

      Threads to hold the tap in place are weak . After 4 days became loose as the main shaft threads are made of a cheap.material and you cannot tighten correctly. I'm no amateur. So what will the company do..... nothing I reckon.

      Looks nice and modern in our nee kitchen. The weight that goes on the pull out pipe is big so gets stuck on a few things every now and then . But overall great looking and good quality tap.Would recommend.

      Good looking product.

      Good product, well packaged. It was a pity there was 2 parts missing from the pack. E-mail and photographs were sent to no avail. The parts were not forthcoming.

      The tap looks great although the angle means that the spray sprays over the smaller sink in my double sink unit. The tap head should be absolute vertical pointing down.....

      Buy this if you like cheap tat

      Tap is utter tat style over substance. Base of tap is wobbly and flimsy after 2days. This has nothing to do with installation as this part already comes complete. Avoid this tap
