Do you want to return an unwanted item?
We understand that sometimes an item doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as the item is still in the same condition as it was sent to you, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
Please note: We do not accept returns for any swimwear, underwear or Beauty products as a matter of hygiene.
Our returns process can take up to 14 days to complete, this begins from the date the return is shipped.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order arrives. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. Original shipping costs will only be refunded if all the items in an order are returned.
If you want a refund for an item during the above time frame but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch and let us know. Please note that any refund will be at our discretion.

Out of returns period
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you keep any proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Want to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you want a different item, you'll just need to place a new order.
