      £30 for seven months!

I write, as this plug has gone to the 'plug socket in the sky'. I thought it was the cables (U-green bought at the same time). but "alas Dear Horrick" it was the plug. I know some are going to feel that for seven months it has not lasted long, but given the fact that I used it at least twice a day for two 'high powered' tablets and both with 'superfast charging cables', then I think it probably has done its 'duty'. Yes, I could use the Warranty, but no.The reason for the rambling, is yes it only lasted seven months, but for the time it did last, it was working brilliantly, it was a 'fast charger' and both could be used to charge tablets at the same time. I have a Ipad mini 6 and a Samsung galaxy 7+ (which has a large battery) charging at the same time, so the plug did take a lot of 'heat'. I will buy again, but just be aware that if you are putting 'larger tablets' through it, the lifespan may not be as long as one may expect!

Would love to see a folding prongs version. Super compact.

Works perfectly with my iPhone XS Max and MacBook. Much more compact than the Apple charger and doesn’t heat up as much.Clean and sturdy design. Good for traveling.Would love to see a version where the prongs flip and fold down, making the whole thing even more compact.

65 W should be able to charge Laptop

It was expected to be able with 65 W, to charge office book, but it can not. Other kinds with this power could do it.

      Powerfull but not superb

it supplies 65W, and that's good, however, if you got both cables connected, only 1 to the device and the other just dangling on the side the port gets only 45W despite that the other post is not using any power! that's nonsense. If you want 65W you need to have only 1 cable connected. However, you will not get 61W on MacBooks. Max I get was 2.17A what’s approx 45W on single post. Still a good for other uses, but not for MacBooks, this "non-intelligent" port detection is crazy.

Absolute beast - although not in scale

Bought this to charge a USB C laptop (Lenovo Yoga with a typical 2 part 45w wall adapter) and a quick charge phone. Does both, perfectly - and is small enough to pack away into a bag without any bulk - something the factory AC adapter couldn't do. Charges the laptop beautifully quickly without getting hot, and it feels very solid indeed.Lastly, reading some of the reviews that say this won't charge a laptop - check the laptop is plugged into port 2 - as this is listed in the specs as being capable of 65w - port 1 is rated for up to 18w max - so perfect for a phone while also charging a laptop at 45w.

      Sometimes fails to charge

I don't know if it's a thermal cut off, or if it's just my laptop but sometimes it just stops charging it. I works fine and then all of a sudden it cuts off. This plug runs very hot when drawing 60watts, so for now I've figured it might be an over heating protection. It could also be my laptop or the Intel chips playing up. I haven't yet seen the same issue when charging my phone but then that only draws 18w max. It's sad as this is really the only option for its form factor.

      Very sturdy and reliable

I love this. The build quality is amazing... rock solid. Also, cables click into it and get a great connection every time. Works perfectly. As some have mentioned, the output on the 2nd port is 18W but you can get 20W on the 1st port if you wish. No issues, does what I want it for, love it!

      Independent voltage negotiation amongst ports

I was very pleased, when I connected my notebook computer to the 45w port and my mobile phone/headphones to the 18w port, to see that the 2x usb ports negotiate the voltages independently. Not all multiport usb chargers do that. The fact that this one does, means that it does not just run both ports at 5 volts when there is one device which doesn't support the 20 volts the notebook computer benefits from.

One of the other reviews mentions that the 45 watt port does not switch to 65 watts when there is a cable plugged into the other port. I have not experience that. It switches for me as soon as I disconnect a second device. And with both cables still connected.

The compact size of this charger is also very nice.

      Only charger you need

Its a bit expensive but I went for it on the basis that is was the only charger I would need. I have a Google Pixel (18w max charge) and a Asus Chromebook (45w max charge). I can now charge both devises at max speed with one very small charging brick. Bought two 100w USB C cables to go with it and have a USB C to micro USB cable. One charger and three cables should be all I need to take on holiday now.As mentioned the only slight improvement that could be made is if it folded up like Apple charges. Apple may have patented this design though.

      Won't charge laptop

Doesn't charge laptop which other 65w chargers have been able to
