Do you want to return an unwanted item?

We understand that sometimes an item doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as the item is still in the same condition as it was sent to you, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
Please note: We do not accept returns for any swimwear, underwear or Beauty products as a matter of hygiene.

Our returns process can take up to 14 days to complete, this begins from the date the return is shipped.

Return Policy

We offer returns under our 45 day Bargain Fox guarantee. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. Original shipping costs will only be refunded if all the items in an order are returned.

  • Items returned within 14 days of receipt will be issued with a full refund by way of the original payment method. 
  • Items returned 14-45 days after receipt will be refunded with credit for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item. 
  • Items collected in store must be returned in store. If this is not possible, please contact our customer service at
If you want a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch and let us know - but any refund will be at our discretion.

    Out of returns period

    We don't accept return for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. 


    Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

    As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you keep any proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

    Want to exchange an item?

    We do not offer free exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you want a different item, simply place a new order.

    I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

    We want to sort out any issues with faulty items. Most items are covered by our 6 month Warranty
