This new shower gel from L'Oréal has a great scent with a cool fresh smell and it invigorates as you apply it.. This stands on its lid, so yo can always get a jolt put of it, and it allows you to clean your whole body, including your hair (on which it works really well). It doesn't over froth, but just softens the water and easily spreads over your body to make sure you are clean everywhere. I feel better when I wash with it!The bottle is cool and man friendly, with a black base and an orange cap. I will definitely buy this again, as I am really pleased with the results.

First of all this is the best looking bottle I've seen for shower gel. I would say that it comes out a bit too easily, so some gets lost in the cap every time I use it, but the smell is nice and nothing too fancy. It reminds me of the smells you get in a Next type fragrance kit, maybe a bit toned down.It lathers up nicely and a little bit does go quite far. The ice effect isn't the sort of icing feeling you get with the Original Source tea tree flavour (which is great for me, as I hate that stuff!) rather, it leaves your skin feeling much cooler than is usual when stepping out of the shower, which I really like. It is definitely the freshest gel I've ever used in the shower. Much recommended.

There are times in life that you feel that the world has dealt you a bit of a bad hand. That kind of day when you feel sweaty, tired and dirty after working your fingers to the bone for a company that doesn't give a fig for your wellbeing. The L'Oreal Cool Power shower gel should be included in your recovery plan. The quality of the shower gel is way nicer than the one pound offerings that you get in supermarkets - you can feel the quality and you can truly appreciate how good this feels. Yup, bit more expensive but good quality whisky costs more than a diluted vino from the corner shop - you can value your self worth and how bad a day it's been. Relax and fight back...

I'm a big fan of MenExpert stuff and had high hopes for this shower gel. Firstly, it's a big bottle. Too big and heavy for me to chuck in my gym bag and lug around. If you're just going to be using this at home it's fine, but this isn't ideal for travel/gym. The dispenser seals nicely unlike other gels I've used which tend to leak everywhere. So what's it like to use? Well it's a good quality gel with quite a subtle fragrance that wasn't too overpowering. The main selling point of this gel is the "ice effect". I have to say I didn't really notice much. When I came out of the shower and was drying off, my skin felt slightly tingly but then I get that feeling when using shower gels with mint or tea-tree added. I did find my skin was nice and soft after use and this gel lathered up very well. All in all, disappointing. It's quite a standard shower gel at a high price, despite the large bottle. You could buy three 100ml bottles for less than half the price of this.

For £6.60 I have to say that it is very much average. smells nice and feels nice to shower with but there is no cooling effect during or after use. You would be better off paying £1.99 for the Source shower gels which are very nice and often actually under £1.99 or using a Lynx shower gel which this reminds me of.

This is a pleasant smelling shower gel. Lathers well, but not overly so. It has a temporary stimulating feel to it.Certainly just for men, but I have had a sneaky try, especially after a hot day gardening and I enjoyed it too!Bit expensive, but a good product

A perfectly fine shower gel with a pleasant scent that does the job. Yes it does have a cooling effect which makes me feel I would only use it in the summer.
