This is a fairly underwhelming case with a few irritating niggles which, even though it’s a relatively cheap case, end up being rather disappointing.
The most obvious is the front panel. It doesn’t close properly when the phone is sat on a desk. The rest of the dimensions are a reasonable fit for an S10, snug but not doing very much to defend the buttons and sockets along the edges, but the front panel is just not quite right. A tiny magnet that would have encouraged it to close would have helped.
It’s all too opaque, so the feature for showing the time through the semi-transparent panel is nowhere near as vivid as the product photo should suggest, even with the phone brightness right up. You have to really squint at it to see through the blue plastic. If you’re thinking you could read an email on your phone without flipping it open, think again- it’s simply not see-through enough.
The blue colour on the front panel doesn’t really match the blue colour on the rear, and it all just ends up looking a little bit odd.
With a lack of redeeming features (no hidden credit card slot, no real ability to stand up in a media viewing position contrary to what one of the product photos suggests), there’s not really very much to recommend about this case.
