      Utterly useless charger - 2pin plug! Sent straight back. No ref. to this in description.

      Arrived yesterday, having ordered on Thursday, so delivery time good. Can’t comment on the abilities of the saw as I’m sending straight back. The battery charger comes equipped with a two-pin plug and, whilst I could get around this in various ways, I do not consider this acceptable/fit for purpose & have no wish to contribute revenue or profit to a company that believes it is. How many locations where one would use this is there such a socket?The description is silent on this point, which I thing is wrong; almost to the point of justifying a complaint to Advertising Standards. If you’re going to ship in this way, please allow prospective buyers to make an informed choice!Once bitten, twice shy, I’ve checked that the replacement I’m ordering is fitted with a U.K. 3 pin plug.

      Used a few time last year, battery wont charge this year.

      I purchased this in Oct 2020, used it for my pruning. Packed away in doors got it out this week charged the battery to use again used it once and now the battery wont charge. This has not been used excessively so I would expect it to last longer than 10 months. hopeless!!!!!

      The wife wanted a reciprocating saw so she could cut wood for the fire pit! She thinks the blade is too short and it's too heavy for a woman to use.

      Purchased this item expecting to get a quality product for the price. I've used it twice. It struggled to cut through some small branches. I thought it was a battery problem. I fully charged the battery and the problem still persisted. Reverted to using a hand saw. Then the reciprocating saw stopped working altogether.AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!!

      For the price you will not get a better cordless reciprocating saw.

      Great saw, glad I bought it. Blades supplied are good. But you can use any recip saw blades on it. Blades are not expensive.
