The price of this phone was excellent for a basic replacement for my elderly brother.
The volume was a little limited and the press a key then star to activate it was good to stop accidental use.
Full size sim, open to all networks was helpful.
The phone came with a European or USA power plug, and that meant you either need a micro usb cable and plug or buy an adapter, not helpful.
Quick delivery was excellent.
Colour screen, some old games, radio etc takes me back to the Nokia days.
This phone was not for me and a modern phone would have been a serious problem to the age group it is for, overall my brother is happy and that is what counts!

Big buttons, small and lightweight in a colour that tends to be easier to spot if mislaid around home for example,myten year old pleased with it,as if needed in an emergency for example it offers her a quick and easy option to speak to someone and has a little basic game she enjoys playing on it-without a load of inappropriate stuff available on it like smart phones offer..it gives a parent added assurance about the device they are left alone within their hands....

This phone is well made and does everything you would want in a basic model, however the instructions are very cryptic and confusing. I managed to master the basic operations by trial and error. If it had clearer instructions I would have given it five stars.

My husband has no idea how to use a smart phone, he also has a habit of losing phones, so I don't spend a lot of money on them. This phone has everything he needs as its easy to ring me and it has bluetooth so it works with the car . As its a flip phone he wont be leaning against numbers and calling me without knowing!!!!!!

Got this as an 'old non techie' then had to learn how to do texts (the old fashioned way) and make phone calls only. For these it is brilliant and with not much feeling in my fingers - from the cold weather - I've dropped it a few times. It still works, and I still work too (I'm an 80 year old volunteer helping in the community). So I'm very pleased. When turned off it says Ushining so this must be the make. Got to be a good buy for 'olduns' or anyone else but I cannot recall who the provider was; well done anyway. From Bob Blackman

Bought purely as a contact device (I neither need nor want something that rules my life), specifically for family reach outs and emergencies. Love the design and as a Trekkie, still get a 'Kirk to Enterprise' moment when I open it to use. Slim, unobtrusive, pocket sized handset, took a bit of getting used to, figuring out the Sim placement (has little adaptor frames for all sizes of Sim), and the amount of things it does is highly impressive, however this particular Dinosaur just wants to make a call or receive it, regardless of umpteen functions including easy to use buttons, long talk and standby battery life, so as for the rest of it...'One to beam out'! Even so, well worth the price.

Didn't think to look at the size of this phone, the letters are quite small, wasn't that pleased with it but kept it as a back up, ordered a different phone with bigger numbers and font size.

I never expected a fancy phone for the price I paid as is only a stop gap until I can afford something better however I believed it be SIM free so could just swap my card from my old broken one. It will not work until you sign up with a phone company called Lebara and buy credit from them first. It does have 2 card slots so I was able to insert my Vodafone SIM but you will get pestered to move your old number to them, something which I'm not prepared to do. So buyers beware!!

Ordered this phone and a giff gaff sim , registered the sim online and put it in the phone, the phone shows there is a sim but won't accept any signal or let you call or text, tried the sim in a different phone and it was fine, avoid this phone at all costs absolutely awful

Got it for mum instructions not clear it does everything but we are finding mum can get texts but every time she trys to send a message it fails just to add on it was my mum that was deliting the message centre number that's why it failed
