I've been looking for an amplifier for some time, being old school I was used to buying hifi separates but couldn't justify the expense, however, I wanted to use it with some high-end studio monitors. At this price I thought it's worth trying and am absolutely delighted that I did, great sound quality at all volume levels with a very reliable Bluetooth connection and all in a really tiny package so I can hide it very easily; being Class D I don't have any heat dissipation worries. I'm no fan of Bluetooth but having tried it on this amp I will not bother installing an Aux lead; I have tried the Aux port and it works fine. I've recommended it to friends and shall buy more for other rooms in the house.

The Bluetooth dropped out if my phone was more than 1foot from the unit. I tried again and again for about an hour. Useless.Édit. I’m an eejit. I forgot to screw in the Bluetooth antenna. Don’t be me! It now works. It’s amazing to be able to use my old linn sondek speakers that have been in the attic. Such good sound. And saved myself spending a lot of money on a Sonos play5 or similar.

I have mine connected to a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 speakers and the sound is amazing. Considering the amplifier and speakers cost less than £180 I am very impressed! The Fosi amplifier is really simple to set up and use with crystal clear sound, no hum and plenty of volume.My default setup will be to feed signal to the amp through the headphone output in my laptop but I tested the Bluetooth connection with my Pixel 4 XL phone. It connected fast and sounded just as good as the aux input from the laptop.I thoroughly recommend this amplifier if you need something simple but nice to listen to. And it's tiny. Like, really tiny.

Nice little Amplifier and just what I needed to power speakers I have in our home gym. Bluetooth connection is very simple. I was concerned that my old iPod would not connect to Bluetooth but it did with no problem at all. Must say the size surprised me as it is no bigger than a Matchbox toy, but it works well and that’s what counts. Describing it as HiFi is a stretch.

Before buying, I read all the reviews. I have not experienced a single one of the problems described.
Frankly, I did not believe that such a small device could provide serious sound quality, and suspected that it would overheat.
In fact, the sound quality is superb. Higher frequencies are crisp and clear, without any shrillness. Lower frequencies are well controlled, without flabbiness or fuzz. The soundstage is remarkably well-ordered, both spacious and precise.
Bluetooth set-up was problem free, and the range is excellent.
Thoroughly recommended.

Took a risk, but seemed ideal as wanted something small and very affordable to go with a nice set of speakers I had to use in my bedroom.Very pleasantly suprised with quality of sound, ease of use, and ability to swap to bluetooth and back to wired connection with such ease is a real charm.This thing is tiny but I only need the volume at a quarter of capacity its perfect.Lets hope it lasts of course.

This is a great product. There is no balance base or treble control... I think you are expected to control it through the desk/lap top computer's or phone software? I will have to check my phone and see if it has an equaliser or something. It does the job for me. Very pleased with my purchase the blue tooth (It has the option for hard wire jacks) from my phone works fine it feeds two Dennon 50 watt speakers on top of my piano. It is a tiny little power house. On my phone I use VLC player, a free bit of software because it has a graphic equaliser on it so you can control base and treble. UPDATE... I found if you download the free VLC player it has a software equaliser.

The sound you get will be about the speakers you use.

A good set of bookshelf speakers should do the trick, or floorstanding if you have the space.

I have this hooked up to a set of Whardele 220's in the lounge, and the sound is absutely astonishing.

For £50 you can't go wrong.

The Bluetooth works with no dropouts, clicks or hums, and the device feels solidly constructed.

But if you hook it up to poor speakers, it will, understandably, sound poor.

I may order the valve version, just to see what it's like.

Fair enough I wasn’t too impressed with the sound initially, but I was expecting that. I have a USB Dac hooked up to my PC, output to this tiny amp and two passive speakers. The sound is absolutely brilliant! I was afraid after reading some reviews of Bluetooth and the power supply issues. I have kept the original psu, just changed the fuse to 3A. There is no spark, noise or overheating. The Bluetooth is strong, stable and sounds better than the wired connection without the dac. Also there is no switch, but when I come of Bluetooth, it stays connected to my PC and only goes back to Bluetooth when I activate it on my phone. I can’t say the same thing about some big name Bluetooth receivers. Happy times

Very pleased with this, it was for a gym room, we had a couple of speakers but no amp.

Good quality connections and controls, and I'm very pleased with the sound - the speakers aren't brilliant so it didn't have to be too great, but the sound is powerful enough, with good bass and clarity.

Easy to connect and play music from phones.
