      3m so should of been good

      these filters should of been good, but I had to return this box as the the filters had leaked all carbon pieces out as when i opened the box it went everywere, if your buying in advance please check before storing on your shelf.. I would probably say this is a 1 off though as I have never had a 3m product arrive like this did ever

      Choose the correct filter

      There are many 3M filters in the 6000 range.
      the 6051 / 6055 is the start point and protects from Organic Vapours.
      This is fine for domestic paints varnishes and glues ( non-isocyanates)

      6057 gives protection for a Combination of organic vapours as above but also inorganic & acid gases.

      6059 gives protection for a Combination of organic vapours but also inorganic & acid gases as 6057 plus Ammonia

      6096 protection in the use of Mercury & Chlorine - Particulate applications
