      'Edge of your seat' stuff!

I really like Marvel films, although I think they get a bit lost off in their plots sometimes! Like the others, this is a brilliantly crafted film. I bought it during this last winter lockdown, which seemed endless, and I have to say the 'end of the world' stuff was a bit depressing, especially as I had assumed it was the final film in the Avengers series. However, my grandson reassured me there was another one, so, I ordered it (End Game) and watched it a couple of days later, which made everything make more sense. I think these films either grab you or they don't, but you can't fault the quality of production and CGI. All in all, well worth watching.

      One of best!!!

This in my opinion is one of the very best superhero movies, what sets it apart is the emotional depth and the shock factors. With truly fantastic special effects and superb story, this is a must see movie! I totally enjoyed it at the cinema and home viewing also. This is a superhero movie with a punch! I cannot wait for part two, even though I have read the comics. One of the movies of the year and easily the best Avengers movie! Brilliant! Just buy and enjoy!

      Thanos' Big Day Out

Hey, look! A positive MCU movie review. How novel.

The penultimate chapter in "The Avengers" saga is epic, thrilling and funnier than you might expect from the apocalyptic trailers.

In an age of overstuffed event movies, "I.F." earns it's lengthy running time and still feels breathless - it's the first Russo brothers film which I've enjoyed without reservation.

Technically the standard Blu-ray is lovely to look at - I'm sure that the 4K version will set fire to your eyeballs - but the sound is somewhat pedestrian.

If you're not an MCU fan, I still think the spectacle and acting will win you over. Special props to Thanos, a performance capture marvel for the ages by Josh Brolin (and a team of animation warlocks).

      Also? Best Guardians intro ever.

      Poor sound in places.

The film was a good bit of temporary escapism from the hassles of life.
I did feel that the makers had decided to just cram in every Marvel hero that they could irrespective of whether it made any sense.
Norse gods and robots are one thing. Trying to add in what I see as rather silly cartoon characters as well just did not work for me.
But my only real criticism of the film was the quality of the sound. In places it was simply too loud but, more to the point, in other places it was low and distorted. Even rerunning the film to try to catch what the character was saying did not help at all.
I was a bit suprised at this as this is clearly a very big budget film.

      Not yet worth the time

If you haven’t kept completely up to date with all of the characters stories (movies) you will wonder why you bothered to watch this. Great for the Marvel fans but generally poor for everyone else. Wait till its less costly. Do'nt forget this is only half the story.

      Not suitable for 12’s

This is definitely not a 12 age appropriate film. Extremely violent and graphic even for adults. It’s all the film seems to be about. Didn’t enjoy it ar all. Neither did my husband. Wish I had watched it before I allowed my son to watch.

      Astonishingly Perfect

It’s a kinda unwritten rule in movies, and especially comic book movies, that having three bad guys is too many. Films like Spider-Man three have suffered for their over-stuffing of origins, introductions and trying to pay off too many threads in one film.

That Infinity War manages to have 50+ characters, and yet manage to give everybody a purpose, a chance to shine, and a payoff, is absolutely mind blowing. Thanos is one of the deepest, and bizarrely most sympathetic evil guys in cinema history, and at times you almost agree that he’s doing the right thing...

Then you remember he could do literally anything else to get the same result, and suddenly he’s The Mad Titan again.

See it on the biggest tv you can, with the best sound you can, with as many friends as you can.

      And then see it again.

      Stunning.

In my opinion the greatest MCU movie yet.

      Epic

This movie from BargainFox.com after watching it at the cinema. Infinity war is what the whole marvel universe has been building up too, the scale of the film is truly epic and the story arc hugely ambitious as INFINITY WARS brings multiple characters and sub plots into one massive storyline.

Visually the film is vibrant and stunning, nearly all of the Marvel comic universe characters make an appearance to challenge THANOS who’s characters ambitions are, in a twisted way, noble.

On the down side, the sheer scale and ambition of the film can make the film seem a little bogged down at times with so many characters, you sometimes wonder whether some of them were really required to make the film or whether they were simply shoehorned into the plot, merely for cameo appearances. But that’s a minor gripe, Infinity Wars is a must see for marvel fans.

      Great Marvel Adventure

Being a Marvel Comic Book fan since I was 8 years old, I've loved all the Marvel movies from 'Blade' to this one. Thor is my favorite character from the comic books and he remains my favorite in the movies, played wonderfully by Chris Hemsworth including in this 'Infinity War'. This film has a wealth of fantastic characters to enjoy, all portrayed exceptionally well by the film makers. I know that the last Avengers movie 'Endgame', has been hotly anticipated, but my love for Thor means I will not be buying 'Endgame' on DVD.

      SUPERB ENTERTAINMENT

The Avengers are joined by many an ally in the fight against evil when a threat that affects all emerges in the shape of Thanos played by Josh Brolin, a intergalactic despot who with the help of his lieutenants aims to collect all six infinity stones to enhance his power and inflict his will on all.The Avengers which include Iron Man (Robert Downey jnr) Thor (Chris Hemsworth) Spider Man (Tom Holland) The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and The Black Widow (Scarlett Johannson) are joined by Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) along with The Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) as well as Star Lord (Chris Pratt) and his illustrious crew and Vision (Paul Bettany) these just a few of the many who join the fight. All these and more will risk their lives to save the very existence of all they hold dear.Surely they will prevail ?This an action-packed 'sci-fi' spectacle which embraces wall-to-wall stunning visual-effects....this film in my opinion far and away the most exciting must-see Marvel presentation to date.
