When I opened the box I was pleased with the instructions. I was working away happily, until I came to putting the unit together. I discovered that I had two pieces with only one open hole. So now I have a two tier unit instead of a three tier unit.I have to tell you I am far from happy.I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.All I need is for you to send out the pieces to let me finish my dring unit. I AM NOT taking apart what I have built as I think this piece of kit looks good.When I get the proper bits to complete this piece of kit I will write a piece of kit.I would like a reply very quickly please.I await your response.Mr W R Potter

Works great, although I still need a retractable line to dry my sheets (cannot dry the duvet cover and the sheets simultaneously). Probably could have gone with a cheaper pop-up version but wanted the larger capacity. Will be more appreciated in the winter when i cannot dry things outside. In the picture I have two heavy blankets drying and it doesn’t tip. Can’t say the same when I tried it outside and it was windy, but to be fair, it would have to weigh a lot not to move.

I have been trying to find ways to spend less time on clothes laundry and this has been one of the main answers! The other hopeful thing is to put a dry towel in the dryer to speed up the drying time and make the clothes really dry!

My family find it strange that I am so excited about owning this new clothes horse, but really it has been life changing!!
Because so many clothes fits on, I can now do all the families clothes washing in one day instead of over the whole week and having washing hanging around always! The house is now tidier, I have more time to get on with my work.

I also take the clothes horse outside on sunny and windy days and if it starts to rain simply wheel it in - no need to take it all off the washing line!

Because you can hang many shirts on hangers and hang them off the side arms, no more ironing is needed if you take out the shirts straight away from the washing machine and put on a slow spin!

I almost bought a combine clothes horse/dryer but after seeing the reviews at how loud they are, I now just put our small quiet electric fan heater by the clothes and it's dry really quickly!

It was quite difficult to put together because you need some brute force and unless you push the poles right in to the bottom, it will be very wobbly. My husband had to hang his whole weight off them and use all his strength! So probably 4 stars for that and the fact that it isn't super sturdy in some places, but 5 stars for the over all!

I thought I was buying a good airier for the price as many were far cheaper. Instead it has taken half a day to put together, reading the instructions at every stage. I am a disabled older lady so my very comperdent carer has assembled it as there was no way I could have undertaken the task. On completion just moving it across the floor showed how unstable it was.One has to place the laundry very carefully to balance it and would not like to use just one side unfolded to stand against a wall as it would just fall over. For me one of the big selling points are the castors, especially as there are six. I wanted to move it out of the way if necessary but there is no chance of doing this as again it is to unsteady.Altogether this is a big mistake in buying this airer, I would have been far better buying a cheaper one I could trust.

This rack holds a lot of clothes maybe 2 loads a very clever idea. However it is a bit flimsy and prone to collapse.

It is not strong enough for towels or Jeans but light clothes are fine.
The hanger racks on either end are very handy for work shirts etc.

A few design tweaks and it would be very good.

Just moved, no washing line, bought the airer. Came flat packed so carefully made it up and felt then it was poor quality.
Tried to equally balance clothes to dry for weight distribution but even so had to make sure it was wedged between an outside hedge and wall as there was no way it would stand on its own…. and that was without any wind blowing! It wouldn’t stay upright.
Gave up with the side arms as that definitely tilted/overbalanced it. I felt it was too tall for the quality and weight of materials it was made of and when you attempted to move it on its rollers the two metal bars on the bottom came out of their support holes.
I’m afraid it was a huge disappointment. Looked good on the advertisement but did not live up to expectations and really a waste of money.
Not sure how I can get rid of it?

Quite tricky to fit together with tiny screws and poles around which plastic supports have to be fitted. A friend did mine, I have arthritis in my hands and could not have done it, she had trouble with slotting one of the poles through a plastic support. Quite sturdy but the rails do slide out and therefore fall down if you’re not careful. Very tall and looks immense when loaded but great for sheets and duvets and I like the shelf at the bottom for wet shoes. The wheels are good but it takes a bit of practice to manoeuvre the whole thing plus if the shelves are out you can’t grab them you have to hold the side poles. But all in all it’s very neat though I probably would have gone a size down had I seen it up first as it is rather tall so would be difficult to hang things on if you’re short! The price is quite good compared to ones without wheels too. Has been up permanently since I had it as my tumble dryer broke down so haven’t worked out where to store it yet but since I have it in my conservatory I might just leave it against the wall!

I was initially sceptical about whether it could actually hold 3 loads as advertised, and assembling it was a long and fiddly process but once it was up I was impressed by its size - it's taller than I expected (I'm 5 foot and it's taller than I am lol!)

I'd done 3 loads of kids laundry and towels - whites, coloured, darks... and managed to get most of their hoodies (age 12-13) and tracksuit bottoms, t-shirts and a few towels on. Keeping the load balanced is essential. Once you do this, it's easy to move without tipping or collapsing.

We left it up in the lounge overnight and the clothes were dry in the morning. Result!

I was looking for a clothes horse although and came across the Hyfive. Although my first reaction was, this is expensive. I found it was what I was looking for to replace using radiators. I have had experiences of clothes horses giving out under the weight and even bending in heat. I wanted something that was sturdy and secure yet would fold up and be easily put away. The Hyfive hits all of the tick boxes.It takes about 20 - 30 mins to assemble but once that is done you will see how well made and sturdy the product is.I have been overjoyed on the purchase it collapses well, it is easy to manoeuvre fully loaded or empty. I would recommend this to anyone, and although it is a little expensive it is not going to collapse like others I have had have done.

Very disappointed. Had this only a few weeks and already rusting in two places. Stained two white jumpers.
