Like others have said here. The seller should be more open about this medication not being suitable for those with high blood pressure.I ordered them quickly and didn’t see what people had said.

Had to get this for my Mrs and it was a lifesaver as she was in so much pain. Saved a trip to the chemist as it could be embarrassing.

This is a must and always follow me around in my bag regardless of where I am.With this you only need to drink plenty of water and follow the indication of how to take it. You will still feel uncomfortable the first day but way better on the second one and avoid antibiotics completely. I used to struggle a lot before and since trying these I didn't require any more antibiotics!

Bought these for my teenage daughter for a UTI and as well as not really providing much relief at all for her, she hated the taste, preferring a cheaper brand I'd bought her before.

I've gotten frequent, terrible UTIs for about 20 years now, despite every precaution. My process has always been to take some AZO Urinary Pain Relief (active ingredient Phenazopyridine Hydrochloride), which is great for pain and stops you from having to pee every 5 minutes, then get some antibiotics & suffer through for a day or so until they start working. Waiting for a doctor while you can barely get off the toilet is torture. This product started relieving my symptoms within an hour or two and they were gone after 2 days! I had no idea this even existed until I moved to the UK as I don't think it's available in the US. I truly cannot believe I lived without this for so long. I keep a few boxes on hand now just in case. It can be slightly cheaper at the grocery store, but if you need it delivered same or next day, the 75p difference is more than worth it.

Whilst it is a good idea to make the urine more alkaline to minimise symptoms, adding sugar just counteracts the benefits as sugar(glucose) is what the bacteria which cause cyctitis and UTI feeds on!

So I guess this review is more for the medicine rather than the brand as I’ve tried several types - expensive, cheap unbranded, Boots own etc - and they’ve all been the same. Lifesavers. Honestly I got cystitis for the first time in almost ten years at the beginning of the year and I was SO miserable. Almost cancelled a trip to London. Then my mom gave me a couple of leftover sachets she had and it was incredible.Anyways I’ve had it a couple times since then and make sure I always have half a pack in the cupboard for surprise attacks.The only downside is that I ordered it yesterday morning and it said same day delivery, but it only just arrived (4,30 next day) which isn’t really ideal as I could have done with some earlier but there we go. Product works.

Good price and next day delivery. Great when you can’t or don’t want to go to the shops. Worth keeping some at home so you can start as soon as it’s needed. Pain reduced after first sachet.

This did have a Cranberry taste but still not very nice! Putting that aside it did really work very quickly. I can't take antibiotics as they make the situation worse so this is the next best thing for me. First time I have used this and I would thoroughly recommend it! :)

I bought this when I could not get my usual cystitis sachets BUT BEWARE YOU CANNOT TAKE THEM IF YOU ARE ON BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE. They have a duty to make this clear. I recommend a similar sachet which is safe to take
