      Very disappointed. Great robust case but not much use if person on the other end can't hear me!Case doesn't cover microphone but for whatever reason person on other end cannot hear me unless I remove the cover!

      Premium protective case but a bit too heavy and bulky

      This is a beautifully crafted leather case from Otterbox. It really does look and feel great. The iPhone X slides into the case easily and fits snugly without disturbing the screen protector. The attention to detail is good with the backing of the card holder (inside the cover flap) matching the home screen default wallpaper. The case is quite bulky though and it does add a lot of extra weight to the phone. If you are constantly dropping your phone and you don't want a case that looks like it belongs on a building site then this is the case for you. If you carry your phone around in your shirt or trouser pockets a lot then the bulkyness might be a problem. Its definitely the best high protection case I've seen.

      People cant hear me during calls!

      The case is great, nice and sturdy, but I keep having to take my iPhone XS out of the case during calls so people can hear me. Its a total pain and really not what I expected from this case.
