Not sturdy. Will be OK for kids during night when camping. I'm not even 10 stone and won't hold my weight without a wobble. Seat doesn't stay fixed on it.

This item was returned as it was purchased for a person who, it turned out, it was just not right for. However ,it looked sturdy, hygienic and perfectly suitable for most situations. It was just the particular purpose that it had been purchased for that did not suit. The product looked really good and was well packaged, delivered promptly and I’m sure would suit other situations.

Needed something as we were having a new bathroom fitted. This was ideal. Just used the blue chemical from the caravan shop and emptied each evening after the workman had finished. A very practical solution, held my weight easy at 15 stone.

Yes a simple toilet i found and sure helped when our plumbing when down,simple to sit on and easy to clean.Can easily put be away for any uses next time.

My delivery was a bit of a mess, the first package got lost, so I had to wait a full week for this. However it was worth the wait. What a great portable toilet. Very comfy to sit on, very sturdy, the base has grip so you don't slip & its all round a pleasant experience. Easy to clean out and a really nice height. For £20 I'm very happy. It is perfect for my needs.

Not used it yet but have put my full 16st on it and it don't buckle. Yes the lid does not fix down but I don't see that as a issue. If you must.. drill 2 holes either side of the base lid into the bucket and cable tie it for convenience of emptying.

This was so useful on my recent holiday. I have a car that has 2 doors at the back so I was able to drape two big towels to make myself a cubicle. Great for country walks just backed up to a hedge in car park. Buy thick short tie string bags to line bucket and put an incontinence pad inside . Seat is comfortable .

This toilet is absolutely comfortable to sit on and is perfect for your toiletry needs. This is also very perfect for an emergency if your toilet breaks down home or for camping needs. This product is also suitable for disabled.

Due to a few recent medical conditions it sometimes feels like my downstairs toilet may as well be at the end of a long foreboding trek, especially in the dead of night! I played with the idea of a poor man's (poor woman) en suite for months before actually purchasing this portable camping toilet! Well, I couldn't be happier. I've only had it a few days and it has made such a big difference to me, my only regret is not buying it sooner.The camping toilet is easy to sit on and holds my 10stn 6lbs no problem at all. I have it in my upstairs office where it matches the colour scheme and can be easily hidden under the desk should I have visitors. I use it without bags and take it down in the morning or when needed to pour away and wash out. I will use bags and cat litter at certain female monthly times to keep it more sanitary but I know this will be a god send then as the frequency is at its worst at those times. I've only put this much info for the people like me who are undecided because of stigma or thoughts of wasted money on a product that may not be usable/comfortable. There is only stigma if YOU allow it, and for a bucket with a seat it is far more comfortable than I anticipated! Usability 10/10

Bought this for night-time use in our camper van, life saver! Little on the expensive side. Best used with wood pellet cat litter - it just turns to sawdust. Easy to wash out with a hose. Seat feels sturdy and it's a comfortable height. Also ideal for use with little children if you've only got an upstairs bathroom!
