I think they saved my life and monthly cycle tablets I was going insane to the point I wanted to end it all I have children I was nasty to my partner the doctors or no body helped me for years and I'm glad I found thease and the monthly cycle tablets when I did tbh I can't thank you enough use women do need vitamins and nutrients in our system to keep it going correctly or you will have big problems for me the broblems started about age 30 I'm nearly 36 I was very organised person before this point and a nice spoken person to I can only thank the Lord and people who make thease tbh and will recommend to my sister who also suffers as us women do

I suffer from PCOS and Agnus Castus helped me 11 years ago to get my periods regular so I could conceive. This time I’m taking it because since coming off the pill in January (decided to come off because of my age) I have had really bad cystic acne around my chin and irregular periods again. I haven’t even been taking this a month and my spots have dried up and I got my period. It seems to really work for me. Have just ordered another bottle. I hope it continues to help me.

These stopped me from turning into a witch during my PMS. However despite my good mood I seem to have had the period from hell after taking these for a month. Don’t know if it’s related. Stressful and need to clearly state that in the information sheet.

I would highly recommend Angus Castus for any woman suffering from irregular periods. I’ve always been irregular, but after a cycle of around 6 months (194days!!) at the beginning of this year, I purchased this after reading lots of good things. After only two bottles (2 tablets a day), my cycle is becoming increasingly regular at around 35-40 days. I’ve just purchased my third bottle!

At first I thought the tablets were helping. Only after consuming 60 tablets ( so about 2 moths as I only took one a day) I realized that I am having real mental health issues. I couldn't first figure out but I stop the tablets and I got better. Plus the tablets caused me bad breakouts on my face and legs. I am now month off the tablets and still have lingering issues. Not only I stupidly bought second bottle. now have to pay to see specialist to check if I didn't do permanent damage to my health.

I think that thing is responsible for stopping my periods. I am not sure but as I started agnus castus my periods stopped and when I stopped to take it they started again. But I know that everyone is different and for some it might work perfectly. It stopped mu PMS symptoms and heavy periods too and for some months it was good until my periods just stopped for 2 months. I then quit taking it and PMS and periods came back.

Bought as a last resort to help with premenstrual migraines. Have been taking for just over a month now and whilst still early days in that context, so far so good. The only preventative measure that has worked for me so far.
