      Works well, great value

I thought it would be fiddley to use as the air tube is quite short, but once you get used to using it there are no problems. The short air tube means the gauge is close and visible. Have used it to blow up electric bike tyres, wheel barrow and car tyres, all with no problem. It has an annoying noise while working but it gets the job done. Most cars come with a 12v socket in the boot so rear tyres easy to do.

      Very useful item

Small and compact item, easily fits into a glove box. Plug into the lighter adaptor and keep the engine runningSlight loss of air when connecting and releasing, so put a slightly higher pressure before switching offVery handy and cost saving item.

      Value and flexible

I bought especially for a range of uses in mind. I had one of thes with a previous car but didn't have one with my new one - toppong up the pressure - its great. Also use with wheelbarrows and ride on mower at my church as they iften have slow punctures so the availability of this for "not cars" is really good AND it comes with some different adaptors. Slightly cheaper if bought on sale in garages but still significantly cheaper than in other outlets.

      Usefully Small but Underpowered

A tiny pump which can be easily stored with the spare wheel. The penalty for such a small size is pump capacity, it takes a long time to inflate just a few pounds. That said, if space is tight, a useful emergency aide.

      Too weak n short tubing

I ordered this as my old tyre inflator (ring) stopped working after good 5 years. It arrived on time. Came with attachments as advertised to use it for footballs. But when I opened the box it is very very small and very light. Weighs around 200gm n not 1 kg as mentioned. The tubing is very short which leaves it hanging in the air. My main complaint is that it is very weak. It takes ages just to get the pressure up by 2 psi. I would not buy it again. Doesn't feels like it's going to last long from the build quality.

Had to leave my SUV at the airport to fly to Scotland for 5 days. The night before I realised that the jeep had a slow puncture. No garage open on Sunday so I ordered through BargainFox UK and flew back with the AA tyre inflator 5 days later. Arriving at the airport car park I turned on the engine, plugged in the pump, connected the flat tyre and 10 mins later was ready to drive. This was at -8c in Iceland and the small light on the device was a useful addition even although I have a headtorch in the vehicle. The air pressure dial is clear and easy to read.

Sometime ago I bought a fold-up e-bike. It was smashing until one day I needed to pump up the tyres disaster!I found it impossible to get a connector to get in-between the confines of the spokes and purchasing pumps and connectorsall abortive attempts to inflate my tyres until I saw this one "The AA Tyre Inflator" Yippee! As soon as it was out of box it was straighton to my bike. I can now use my bike instead of it standing uselessly in the shed !

Slow but compact. Had a problem with the supplied 12V plug.

Will inflate a car tyre to 36psi/2.5bar in a few minutes. A little slow, but this is a compact device, so to be expected. A bigger problem for me was that the device was fitted with a compact 12V cigarette lighter plug with only a single negative prong on one side of the plug (not the two-pronged plug that features in the photographs). This meant that the plug kept ejecting itself from the socket and had to be manually held in place. I had to jam a match stick down the side of the socket to hold the plug in place! Rather than return the item, as it is perfectly serviceable, I replaced the plug with a two-pronged variety (with an 8 Amp fuse - the device's maximum current is 4 Amps) and it now works fine. I would also not trust the accuracy of the built-in pressure gauge. The instructions recommend that tyre pressures should be checked with a fully calibrated gauge as used by a car service centre.

      Small, slow, but cheap

Inexpensive inflator, but not without its quirks. The hose is short, meaning you have to hang the inflator in mid air unless the tyre valve is at the bottom by the road. There’s no quick-release valve fitting, so you have to screw the (short) hose onto the valve. The gauge is vague at best, being small and with a wide range it’s difficult to see whether you’re at 25, 30, or 35psi. It also takes an age to inflate even a small tyre. Still, it’s cheap and tiny, so ideal to stick in the boot along with Tyreweld for an emergency.

      Small but powerful enough ....

I bought this as my old pump had had it's day, giving off wrong readings for each tyre ... so when I saw this at £10 I thought "Why not?" .. so I did.
It came next day and I gave it a test run, checking all tyres to check the accuracy ... spot on.
Due to its size is does take a little longer to blow the air through, compared to the last beast I had, but it gets there quick enough.
The screw on fitting is great, I prefer this to the lever fitting of many pumps, and attaching it is a breeze.
once attached to the valve, and the power connector is plugged into the car, it's a matter of pressing the yellow button and simply waiting .... once the pump reaches the pressure (PSi) just press the yellow button again and unscrew the attachment. Job done.
The attachment tube? clicks into the body of the pump but the 3 metre power cable has to be wrapped up seperatly of crammed into the small gap in the back.
It does come with a couple of adapters for other tyres/infaltables, which is a bonus.
In all. Well worth the money.
