I bought the 10mm x 2M chain and it arrived before the estimated delivery date. I am very happy with my purchase as the chain is very sturdy. My bike is only ever locked up at home and this is perfect but it would definitely be too heavy to commute with.If you are looking to lock your bike up at home and want a thick and secure chain then I would really recommend his product.

If you are just looking at a deterrent, and cannot afford some of the more armoured chains on the market, this aesthetically looks great for that purpose.It is indeed heavy, and the padlock supplied looks industrial, and very tricky to either use brute force against, or for the more experienced thief, it looks like it would take a while to pick.However, beyond visuals, this is a cheap chain, so please dont be under any illusions. The seam where the links are joined into the loop is clearly visible, and will act as a weak point to focus bolt cutters or another tool to separate. It is, however, heavy, therefore if a chance thief is trying to find a bike to steal, the weight and visuals alone should put them off picking yours, and picking a less secure looking bike. Just dont think it will put off a determined or well tooled thief, because it wont.Overall, its doing the job for me, but I am not using it for its security features alone, and neither should you.

Its nice and strong and heavy .Its a good security product. Also a lot of keys for the padlock .

Use to lock up a mobility scooter. Be aware this is a substantial chain and lock, my 88 year old dad finds it heavy but manages to use it.

Pretty aweful. It's metal bent into a chain and SPOT WELDED at the join. Like they didn't even go around the cut, it's literally a spot of weld. Im returning this. It's cheap. So it's good for a rusty £100 bicycle that you only need it not to be taken. But not worth spit as a security chain. If this was security rated it wouldn't be gold nor silver.. heck not even bronze.. I think this would be wood

This security chain and floor anchor is fabulous, Both are seriously heavy duty and extremely well made,fitting the floor anchor to concrete was straight forward and reasonably easy I suggest using sticky tape for the ball bearing place the tape and ball in the Allen key recess and a couple of good knocks with a hammer and job done, the chain is well protected and the lock is top quality, If you want peace of mind then purchase this system and you will not regret it.

Don't but it unless you want your scooter gone , check pictures , poor quality this product shouldn't be on the market

I hope no one proves me wrong but this chain looks very strong and secure, after having my cycles stolen once in my garage I use this now! I would not recommend that you travel with this in your bag as it is very heavy! But I believe that’s the point! Great chain!

Superb " Mountain Bike Lock" for the money. High-quality finish. Overall Better than we expected and delivery was excellent too.

Very happy with this lock and my father has since bought the same one for his motor bike. I think we can all agree if someone wants your bike they will always find a way but it’s all about making the job harder.Now this chain will make the job harder I like that it has a nice cover on the chain to stop it scratching the wheels when you feed it through! You also get a load of spare keys with it just in case! Very handy for someone that has so many keys and seems to misplace them all the time!
