I have been using this for 4 days now, before bed time+ in the morning + 5-6times while I'm at work (office based. Lots of paperwork involved).
The cream does leave greasy hands a little bit and considering the high number applications I was expecting alot better. But it's fine for the money I guess...

few months later this has grown on me. it doesn't do magic but it's by far the best hand cream out there for this price. I use it at work and works a treat as all the paper dust and files and general dust makes my skin very dry.

I have had them all, from the £30 designer brands to the supposed miracle workers, but none of the hand creams I have used have been as dependable as flexitol. I have had eczema for nearly 20 years (due to years of nursing work). I used to have exceptionally dry hands and constantly battled to keep them moisturised. Many creams were inadequate, others would work but I had to suffer the greasy films and silicon residues that they left behind, making it difficult to get the disposable gloves on (which I have to wear at work). Some of the creams I have used were so thick and gunky that I would have to wait several minutes before I could glove up again. And with some brands, I could go through a tube of cream in a matter of days. But Flexitol has changed all that. It can take only seconds to a minute to dry and there is no residue to contend with. My hands stay moisturised and comfortable all day. I only need apply it a few times a shift and it keeps working for me. I have been using flextiol for some years now and have had little or no eczema outbreaks on my hands. If you are a dry hand sufferer working in an area that puts demands on your skin (Nursing/Hairdresser/kitchen)then I cannot recommend flexitol strongly enough. Also, as a tip, the flexitol heel balm is an excellent at home treatment if you have a really harsh dry patch of skin on your hands. Used overnight it will quickly alleviate the discomfort.

I am always on search for hand cream for my eczema related hand dermatitis, I often have few stubborn cracks and very dry hard patchy skin on my palm and fingers. I had a high hopes for this hand cream but I am quite disappointed, perhaps I was too hopeful without medication. Initially, my hand felt quite relieved and moisturised but this effect was very short lived, maybe few minutes, tempting to apply every hour and my hand looks same poor condition the next day but not getting worse. Looking at the good reviews, this hand cream was probably not meant for my hand, I have three other hand creams & comparing the ingredients curiously, oh... so complicated.. Alas, my hand cream search continues..

Very good balm. I have psoriasis on myself hands and I can't use any hand creams. This balm is perfect. Make me hands soft and moisture. Helps to calm my psoriasis. Very nice consistent. Nice aroma. I am using only this one now.

I have suffered with dry cracked hands for many years, particularly in the colder months, and this hand balm is the only thing that keeps my hands soft and supple. The cream is extremely thick so one application at bedtime sufficient.

I used the heel version of this which was excellent, so when my mum's hands became rough and flakey I bought her this. She loves it.

An excellent balm which absorbs well into the skin and starts acting immediately, very impressed and my hands are much smoother and conditioned.

Has really helped my husband's hands which are prone to eczema. Will purchase again

I think I’m on my 4th tube now. This really is the best hand cream I have ever come across for dry skin. I’m a new mum, with that I’m constantly washing my hands and my skin is now red raw. This is the only cream that helps and heals! Amazing!
