*excludes items over 20kg. We'll always aim for next day delivery, but occasionally deliveries may take longer during busy periods, updates to our system or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions. This may mean that delivery times need to be extended and/or cut off times amended. However, we always aim to keep this to a minimum. FastFox is for your own personal use. You get unlimited orders, but this is subject to a fair use policy, and excessive use will be monitored and looked into if deemed necessary. Spread the love by referring a friend and getting them involved! FastFox is valid from your first order with it in your basket. Be sure to choose Express to get that lightning fast delivery! If placing multiple orders in the same day, we may ship these in one parcel. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the year unless you contact us to cancel your membership. We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting.

Cancellations

Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled. To cancel, please get in touch with our customer support. If you change your mind in the first 14 days of purchase, you can cancel your membership for a full refund as long as you have not already used the service. We retain the right to cancel a customers FastFox at any time if deemed to be used for purposes other than it is intended. You will be notified if we are cancelling your FastFox and you will be given an opportunity to dispute.
