Warranty Coverage
Our 6-month warranty covers defects in material or workmanship that arise during normal use of the product. If the product develops a fault due to no fault of the owner within this period, we will offer a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, a store credit refund.

This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, including drops, spills, or other mishandling
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Wear and tear from normal use, including fading, scratches, or cosmetic damage
- Any modifications or repairs made by the user or third-party services
- Damage from external factors such as weather, fire, or electrical surges
Warranty Process:
- Report the Fault: Contact our customer service team within 6 months of the original purchase date, providing details and, if requested, photos of the defect.
- Return the Product: You will be required to return the defective product to us for inspection. We will provide a return shipping label if the defect is confirmed under warranty.
- Replacement or Store Credit:
- If the item is found to be faulty due to a covered reason, we will either:
- Send a replacement (if available); or
- Issue a store credit refund for the value of the original purchase, which can be used toward any future purchase on our store.
Please note: If the returned item shows signs of accidental damage or misuse, it will not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Additional Information:
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
- Shipping costs for returning the product to us are covered if the defect is confirmed. If no fault is found, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
