The team works in a tight-knit atmosphere which for us means that building positive staff relationships is a central priority in aiding the reliable and smooth running of BargainFox.com. We put a heavy focus upon our internal communications schemes that are set in place to encourage the sociable working community that is present in our warehouse today. There is a continuous effort to strengthen team relationships and guarantee a working culture that supports and encourages staff. Our vibrant and inclusive community is full of opportunities for staff recognition that celebrates employee success and progression. Notably, our 'Legend of the Week' initiative celebrates staff for both their hard work and positive attitudes. Our 'Legend' this week was Zac who was celebrated for the fact that he always puts a smile on colleagues' faces and continues to arrive bright and early in the warehouse ready to deliver a 5* quality service for our online customers.

Along with our 'Legend of the Week' scheme, we also appreciate and recognise our most effective processors of the week and award them with redeemable vouchers. Our most successful processors of this week were Holly, Sean and Jacob who all went over their initial targets by an average of 130%.

We promote a sociable environment where all team members from processors, senior management and our founder can interact and engage, making us a creative and inclusive community. We dedicate Friday afternoons to stage to take a break from their busy work schedules and instead spend quality time with one another through outdoor activities, most notably our basketball games have gone down a storm with employees. This sparks real relationships between team members to which supports this energetic community with the innovative flair that we are best known for.
